SHIPPING POLICY: Orders will be shipped using CSM Logistics who work with DHL, UPS & Fedex. We Aim to dispatch all goods the same day but this is not always possible. We allow 3-5 working days for Standard delivery.
Be sure to check that all delivery information is correct as if this does not match the delivery service's records, we may have to contact you to update this information and which may delay your order. Delays may occur as a result of pending payment verifications or customs clearance.
In some cases, your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared. During these instances, the estimated delivery time may be prolonged.
During promotional periods, please kindly note there may be slight delays to shipping. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
PLEASE NOTE: Christmas Shipping - During the holidays shipping will be delayed while we deal with a back log of orders placed during closed holiday hours. Please allow for an additional 3-5 days delivery time depending on your location in the world.
ORDER TRACKING: You will be sent tracking information when your order is dispatched.
FREE SHIPPING: Is allocated to all UK orders over £75 and all international orders over £150.
PAYMENT: You may pay for our services using Paypal. When providing credit card information, the credit card must be your own. If the credit card does not belong to you, you must have permission from the accountholder to use their card for your transactions.
RETURNS POLICY: Returns made within 14 days from receiving your full price order will be refunded in your original form of payment. The Returns shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to Return your item(s), please email us stating the reason for your request. Returns & Exchanges will be evaluated and processed upon receiving of the item(s). Please note: The above terms do not apply to Sale or Black Friday items. Store credit will be allocated to any authorised Sale returns.
